广州市第五人民医院遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“路线是个纲,纲举目张”和“认真搞好斗、批、改”的教导,在广州市卫生局“整顿和加强医院管理工作调查组”的协助下,充分发动群众,深入进行思想和政治路线教育,密切结合当前形势和医院实际,拟订了《医院管理实施方案》(试行草案)。现选登该方案的目录及部分内容摘录,供各医疗卫生单位参考。
The Fifth People’s Hospital of Guangzhou complies with the guidance of the great leader Chairman Mao on the guideline of “The line is an outline, an outline of the program” and “Conscientiously engage in combat, approval, and reform” and assists in the “Reconstruction and Strengthening of the Hospital Management Investigation Team” of the Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau. Next, we fully mobilized the masses, conducted in-depth education on the ideological and political routes, and in line with the current situation and the actual conditions of the hospital, we formulated the “Hospital Management Implementation Plan” (trial draft). The contents of the directory and some of the contents of the program are selected for reference by various medical and health units.
