健肝灵冲剂对四氯化碳所致小鼠谷雨转氨酶、谷草转氨酶升高有明显的降低作用，能提高肝组织内ＳＯＤ、硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性，降低丙二醇含量，并有效地减轻肝脏的病理损害，结果提示健肝灵冲剂对实验性小鼠肝损伤有明显的保护作用及抗脂质过氧化作用。
Jianganling granules can significantly reduce the activities of canthyltransaminase and aspartate aminotransferase in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride, and can increase SOD, seleno-glutathione peroxidase activity, and reduce propylene glycol content in liver tissue. To reduce the pathological damage of the liver, the results suggest that Jianganling Granule has obvious protective effect on experimental mice liver injury and anti-lipid peroxidation.
