走进明亮而整洁的广州市第五人民医院里,每个科室的墙壁上,都挂着一块块玻璃镜框,里面用简明的文字写下了医院工作人员的各种工作职责。医务人员经过路线教育后,增强了工作责任心,认真改进医疗作风,根据医疗实践订出来的规章制度,在自己的岗位上为工农群众诊病治疗。今年一至七月,入院治疗的患者共四千三百零八人,经治疗出院的就有四千一百零一人;进行大中小手术八百八十多例,没有发生过重大的医疗责任事故。还有,昏迷达二十六天的危重病孩,被抢救成功了;瘫痪了半年的患者,没有发生褥疮……。所有这些,都是医务人员路线觉悟有所提高,医疗作风有所改进的表现,也是健全各项工作制度的结果。
