青少年犯罪是社会上一个突出的问题,探索他们犯罪行为形成过程的特点与规律,具有重要的现实意义。为此,我们于1980年8月初对正在广东省少管所接受劳动教养的犯罪青少年作了初步调查。我们在对600多名犯罪青少年(11—17岁)进行一般了解的基础上,按各个年龄、各种罪犯在所里所占的百分比,从中随机抽样100名作为深入调查分析的对象。我们采取的方法是:查阅材料,同管教人员座谈,找案犯个别谈话和进行个性测定等。
Juvenile delinquency is a prominent issue in society and it is of great practical significance to explore the characteristics and laws of their criminal behavior formation process. To this end, we conducted a preliminary investigation into juvenile delinquents who were receiving re-education through labor camps in Guangdong in early August 1980. Based on a general understanding of more than 600 criminal juveniles (11-17 years old), we randomly sampled 100 persons from all ages for the percentage of offenders involved in the investigation and analysis. Our approach is: access to materials, discussions with correctional staff, individual interrogations and personality determination.
