目的观察黄芝通脑络胶囊对改善脑动脉硬化症患者脑血流的疗效。方法收集病例80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加服黄芝通脑络胶囊治疗,分别对比治疗第7 d、14 d临床症状缓解情况,及治疗14 d经颅多普勒脑血流图改善情况。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,二者有统计学意义P<0.05。结论黄芝通脑络胶囊在改善脑动脉硬化症患者脑血流方面疗效确切,且副作用少,成本低、效果好,患者依从性好,对有效治疗脑动脉硬化症,延缓脑动脉硬化速度,防止脑卒中发生具有积极意义。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Huangzhitongnaoluo capsule on cerebral blood flow in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis. Methods Eighty cases were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated routinely with Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Huangzhi Tongliao Capsules. The clinical symptoms of 7th and 14th days were compared with those of the control group, and the treatment 14 d Transcranial Doppler cerebral blood flow map to improve the situation. Results The treatment group than the control group, the two statistically significant P <0.05.
