作文评改是作文教学的重要环节,是作文指导的延伸与继续,是提高学生习作水平的重要手段。然而本人在使用这一重要手段时曾一度迷失了方向,以一个评判者的身份去看学生的作文,以苛刻、呆板、生硬的方式去给学生的作文写评语,导致学生看不懂评语,不理解老师的批改,对作文没有多大兴趣,班级作文水平欠佳。后来本人进行了深刻的反思,意识到自己在评价学生作文这一环节出现了一些问题。于是开始尝试改变,改变自己的评价态度,改变对学生作文的评语写作方式,以一种平等的,民主的,尊重的方式去重新阅读学生的作文,认真地去写读完作文后的真实感受,千方百计找到鼓励学生的点位,并适当地提一些小建议。这一做法有了不小的收获,那就是越来越多的学生喜欢写作了,班里的好作文越来越多了。

There has been no small gain in this approach, that is, more and more students like to write, and there are more and more good essays in the class.
