The new situation and new tasks confronting petroleum enterprises bring new challenges and opportunities to the ideology, psychology, culture and skills of women workers. To increase the knowledge-based process of female workers and to meet new challenges with new styles is a very important and urgent task for women’s work organizations at all levels.
