公共新闻对新闻本质及其相关理论具有一定的冲击性,它目前仍然没有一个完善的理论体系与框架。本文结合“和谐社会”“以人为本”的时代背景,对公共新闻这一概念做以全新的解释,论证其在中国实施的必要性和合理性。“公共新闻”概念的提出和实践“公共新闻”这一概念源于西方,并与西方马克思主义哲学派别——法兰克福学派有着密切联系,其代表人物哈贝马斯,在其《公共领域的结构转型》一书中说到:“在一个大型公共团体中,这种交流需要特殊的手段来传递并影响信息接受者。
