本文从我国无损检测人员和技术队伍的现状出发,对人员培训和鉴定工作的办法和主要问题作了概述。指出,在生产第一线的、对产品检测直接负责的无损检测人员的等级培训和资格鉴定是当务之急。首要的是抓住鉴定考核。我国无损检测技术等级按不同种类(即超声、射线、磁粉、渗透和涡流)划分为三个基本级别,即单项种类分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级(起始级)。对全国范围内的等级人员实行三级管理办法。合格证书的有效期以三年为好,可以延长一期,六年后必须进行更新考试,从新取得资格。
