本文测定了Ag-β″-Al_2O_3材料在18℃时的分解电压。以交流复阻抗谱技术研究了不同电分解时间试样的电学性能。实验结果发现晶粒电导率、晶界电导率均随电解时间而增大。
In this paper, the decomposition voltage of Ag-β "-Al_2O_3 material was measured at 18 ℃.
