用山西省浑源地区膨润土为原料制备Al-B复合交联膨润土,考察了Al/B(摩尔比)对交联产品的d(001)及其轻柴油裂化活性的影响,测定了样品的吡啶吸附红外图及比表面积。结果表明,Al-B复合交联膨润土有较高的热稳定性;与纯Al-交联膨润土比较,在同样条件下有较高的裂化活性。Al-B复合交联膨润土经400℃焙烧后,裂化活性达到最高值(85),550℃焙烧后的裂化活性仍达70,在580℃的反应温度下,裂化活性为85.3。
The bentonite in Hunyuan area of Shanxi Province was used as raw material to prepare Al-B composite cross-linked bentonite. The effect of Al / B (molar ratio) on d (001) and cracking activity of light diesel oil was investigated. Adsorption infrared map and specific surface area. The results show that Al-B composite crosslinked bentonite has higher thermal stability. Compared with pure Al-crosslinked bentonite, it has higher cracking activity under the same conditions. The cracking activity of Al-B composite crosslinked bentonite reached the highest value after calcination at 400 ℃ (85). The cracking activity reached as high as 70 after calcination at 550 ℃. The cracking activity was 85.3 at the reaction temperature of 580 ℃.
