当前外资并购已经成为我国吸引国际直接投资的一种主要形式。而随着民营企业在国内的不断发展,外资也开始给予了更多的关注,并已经开始对行业内某些处于领先地位的民营企业实施并购。外资并购带给民营企业的影响是多方面的,有利有弊。通过结合外资并购发展的特点,对外资并购的动因以及产生的效应分析,可以为今后国内民营企业正确对待外资并购提供一种新的思路。
The current foreign M & A has become a major form of attracting FDI in our country. With the continuous development of private-owned enterprises in China, foreign investment has begun to give more attention and has begun to take over some of the leading private-owned enterprises in the industry.
