文章以供应链优化为目的,以协同发展为需求,以福建沿海民营企业为研究对象,提出了拓展民营企业的融资新渠道——物流金融,而物流金融业务的开展离不开供应链上物流企业、银行、民营企业这三方的协同运作,因此文章着重深入分析了三方企业对物流金融业务的需求及其协同发展的必要性,并在此基础上提出了以供应链优化为目的的三方企业协同发展的理论模型。旨在研究三方企业通过物流金融业务协同发展的思路,从而优化供应链,实现三方企业共赢和快速响应市场需求的目标。
