作者报告了11例滑动性裂孔疝并发贲门癌的病例,并复习有关文献记载指出:由于滑动性裂孔疝并发贲门癌其临床征候出现较迟及诊断上存在的困难,常易延误诊治。本病预后很差。本文作者着重强调了术前正确的诊断途径。
The authors reported 11 cases of sliding hiatal hernia complicated by cardia cancer and reviewed the literature that: due to sliding hernia complicated by cardiac cancer, clinical signs of its late and the diagnosis of the existence of difficulties, often easy to delay diagnosis and treatment. The prognosis of the disease is poor. The authors emphasize the correct preoperative diagnosis.
