In 1989, we put forward the idea of “socialist human rights” in the article entitled “The Evolution of the Concept of Commodity Economy and Human Rights” (Philosophical Research, Issue 5, 1989). This article further elaborates on this issue and clarifies some vague awareness about the issue of socialist human rights in recent years. I.
