小组合作的形式有机地在幼儿教育的五大领域中渗透,对幼儿的行为习惯养成的价值取向呈正效应状态。教师有效地管理小组合作机制,科学地指导小组合作过程,将会出现人人参与,生生互动,组内合作,组际竞争,奋发向上的热烈学习与活动氛围。培养了孩子的团队精神和集体荣誉感,从小增强了适应社会的能力,并对良好的个性品质加以呵护和优化。幼儿园教育的重要内容之一就是培养孩子养成良好的生活习惯。然而,形成生活习惯需要反复的行为努力,只有在教师有意识地去引导孩子的各种生活行为,才能形成良好的生活习惯。一旦形成了习惯,它将为慢慢地变成一种良好的个性品格,好的个性品格就会产生一种较好的性
