[目的]了解南京市青少年饮食行为习惯,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]使用《中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷》,采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取初中、高中、职业学校、大学共6343名学生进行问卷调查。[结果]经常吃快餐和经常吃路边摊等非健康饮食行为报告率分别高达79.0%和66.2%。而健康饮食行为中,每天吃水果的调查报告率仅为47.0%。饮食行为受性别、学习阶段、母亲文化程度、家庭经济状况等因素影响。[结论]南京市青少年不良饮食行为普遍存在,应大力提倡合理营养平衡膳食。
[Objective] To understand the dietary habits of adolescents in Nanjing and provide a scientific basis for making interventions. [Methods] Using the questionnaire of health behaviors among adolescents in China, a total of 6343 students from junior high schools, high schools, vocational schools and universities were surveyed by stratified random sampling method. [Results] The reported rates of non-healthy eating behaviors such as regular eating of fast food and eating street vendors were as high as 79.0% and 66.2% respectively. The healthy eating behavior, the daily rate of fruit-eating survey was only 47.0%. Eating behavior is influenced by factors such as gender, learning stage, mother’s education level and family’s economic status. [Conclusion] The unhealthy eating behavior of adolescents in Nanjing is ubiquitous, so it is necessary to vigorously promote a balanced nutritional diet.
