在设计液压定中心夹具的弹性薄壁套筒时,由于工件基准形状复杂或其他原因,往往不能采用简单形式的弹性套筒。这时为了工件能得到良好的夹紧和定中心,就应孩将弹性套筒设计成特殊形式,以适合工件的基准。下面介绍的,是在实际工作中较常遇到的几种弹性套筒的特殊设计例子。基准是花键形式的工件在这种情况下,弹性套筒的定位表面也应该设计成花键形式,才能使工件得到正确的夹紧和定中心。如[图一]所示的花键孔,我们曾设计了两种精车齿轮端面用的心轴,所采用的弹性套筒
When designing the elastic thin-walled sleeve of the hydraulic centering fixture, the simple form of the elastic sleeve can not always be adopted due to the complicated shape of the workpiece or other reasons. At this time in order to get a good workpiece clamping and centering, the elastic sleeve should be designed into a special form, to fit the workpiece reference. Described below are some special design examples of elastic sleeves that are more commonly encountered in actual work. The reference is a spline-shaped workpiece.
