本文根据铸钢件的特点,提出获得优质铸钢件的关键是顺序凝固.其方法是控制凝固过程的温度梯度.具体方法是:控制冒口模数与铸件热节模数的比值;采用不同的浇注方式;用发热保温材料控制铸件至冒口递增的温度梯度.
