笔者自68年以来先后治疗乌头中毒患者十余例,现举三例报告如下.例1 男,34岁,因咳嗽误服他人临汝药酒约30ml(常规治疗量每次服0.5ml),20分钟后自觉口舌及全身麻木,咽喉、食道、胃部有烧灼感,继而恶心、呕吐,心悸胸闷,烦躁不安,呼吸困难.查心率40次/分,心律不齐,脉结代,血压90/50mmHg(12/6.7kPa).因药酒中有川草乌,即按乌头碱中毒抢救三天脱险.
