自1983年以来,人胰岛素开始进入临床应用。在瑞士,应用 DNA 重组技术或半合成技术制备的人胰岛素逐渐取代了动物胰岛素(主要指猪胰岛素)用于治疗糖尿病。本研究目的在于观察由用动物胰岛素改为用人胰岛素后发生严重低血糖症的危险性是否增加。
Since 1983, human insulin has started to enter clinical practice. In Switzerland, human insulin prepared by recombinant DNA technology or semisynthetic technology has gradually replaced animal insulin (mainly pig insulin) for the treatment of diabetes. The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an increased risk of developing severe hypoglycemia after switching from animal insulin to human insulin.
