目的:建立一种使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定乳制品中双酚A及其环氧衍生物的测定方法。方法:采用乙腈提取乳制品中的双酚A及其六种环氧衍生物,提取液经浓缩,乙腈饱和正己烷脱脂,用HPLC-MS/MS进行测定,外标法定量。结果:本方法测定低限范围为0.1μg/kg~10μg/kg,回收率范围为58.4%~127.6%之间,相对标准偏差在2.5%~23.5%之间。结论:实验结果表明,本方法简便、快速,灵敏,准确,能满足乳品中检测双酚A及其环氧衍生物的检测与确证。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol A and its epoxy derivatives in dairy products by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS). Methods: Bisphenol A and six kinds of epoxy derivatives were extracted from dairy products by using acetonitrile. The extracts were concentrated, degreased by saturated acetonitrile and hexane, and determined by HPLC-MS / MS. Results: The lower limit of detection ranged from 0.1μg / kg to 10μg / kg. The recoveries ranged from 58.4% to 127.6%. The relative standard deviations ranged from 2.5% to 23.5%. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and can meet the detection and confirmation of bisphenol A and its epoxy derivatives in dairy products.
