近几年来,因教师不当的体罚而给学生造成伤害的事情屡屡发生;学生或家长因对教师不满而采取极端做法的例子也不再鲜见。是什么让我们本该融洽的师生关系变成这样?——是经济的发展?是一孩化的普及?是教育制度的使然?——或许都有。那么在现行教育制度下的我们,我们该怎样在这大教育背景下,努力实现既培养人才,又使师生关系和谐呢?笔者认为:教师对学生应该放下师长的架子,从内心深处关爱学生;要求学生时要做到宽严有度,批评学生时要注意言辞得当。
