利用改良的ChouandFasman方法和Prosis软件包中的Robson方法,对四个T-复合物多肽1(TCP1)及其五个同源蛋白质进行结构预测。预测结果显示,TCP1中可能存在两个结构域及结构域中间的一个“铰链区”。推测这两个结构域可能是α/β筒状结构。一段公认的ATP结合区、中心为87~91位的GDGTT(以TCP1为例),在二级结构预测中显示为无规卷曲。
Four T-complex Polypeptide 1 (TCP1) and five homologous proteins were predicted for structure using the modified ChouandFasman method and the Robson method in the Prosis package. The prediction results show that there may be two domains in TCP1 and one “hinge region” in the middle of the domain. It is speculated that these two domains may be α / β tubular structures. A well-recognized region of ATP binding, GDGTT centered at positions 87-91 (exemplified by TCP1), appears as a random coil in secondary structure predictions.
