千金藤啶碱(SPD)为异喹啉类生物碱,具有广泛的药理活性。鉴于某些异喹啉类生物碱对单胺递质代谢有明显作用,本文研究了SPD对大鼠脑内单胺代谢的影响。SPD在剂量为15~120mg/kg时,能增加大鼠纹状体和边缘区的多巴胺代谢物二羟苯乙酸(DOPAC)及高香草酸(HVA)(+150~300%),并有剂量相关关系。此作用在给药后1h达峰值,至4h两者含量开始恢复,但与对照组仍有明显差异。SPD能中度地影响纹状体中的DA及边缘区NA
Celestine base (SPD) isoquinoline alkaloids, with a wide range of pharmacological activities. In view of the obvious effect of some isoquinoline alkaloids on monoamine neurotransmitter metabolism, the effects of SPD on monoamine metabolism in rat brain were studied.
