建立了一个计算多次给药方案血药浓度的计算机程序。本程序用FORTRAN语言编写。可用于研究药物在体内的蓄积,及用于调正病人的给药方案,使其药物浓度维持在最大安全浓度和最低有效浓度之间。
A computer program was developed to calculate the plasma concentration of multiple regimens. This program is written in FORTRAN language. Can be used to study the accumulation of drugs in the body, and used to adjust the patient’s dosing regimen, the drug concentration is maintained at between the maximum safe concentration and the lowest effective concentration.
