目的了解3~6岁儿童尿羟脯氨酸(THP)与生长发育的关系。方法控制饮食2 d后采集尿样,形态学指标1 w测量完。收集上午间随意尿代替全日尿,连续测3 d。由于尿THP值离散程度较大,所以同时测定尿肌酐(Cr)校正。结果不同性别的儿童随年龄增长其尿THP/Cr呈逐渐降低的趋势,同一年龄组不同性别有男高于女倾向,但各年组间差异无统计学意义。不同性别的儿童随年龄增长其身高增长值呈逐渐降低,其尿THP/Cr也呈逐渐降低趋势。结论3~6岁儿童尿THP/Cr随年龄增长而呈逐渐下降趋势;尿THP/Cr与儿童身高、胸围的关系很小,还不能单独用尿THP/Cr变化来描述儿童生长发育的水平。
Objective To investigate the relationship between urinary hydroxyproline (THP) and growth and development in children aged 3 ~ 6 years. Methods Control diet 2 d after the collection of urine samples, morphological indicators 1 w measurement finished. Urgent urine collection instead of urine throughout the morning, continuous measurement of 3 d. Urinary creatinine (Cr) correction was determined at the same time because of the greater discreteness of THP in urine. Results The prevalence of THP / Cr in urine of different genders tended to decrease gradually with the increase of age. Men of different genders in the same age group had higher tendency of female than female, but there was no significant difference in each year between groups. Children of different genders showed a gradual decrease in height growth with age, and a decrease in THP / Cr of urine. Conclusions The urinary THP / Cr in children aged 3 ~ 6 years showed a gradual downward trend with age. The relationship between THP / Cr in urine and child height and chest circumference was very small. The change of THP / Cr in urine could not be used to describe the growth and development of children.
