为提高烧结矿冶金性能,以不同氧气流通量(0、6、7、8 m3/h)进行铁矿粉富氧烧结试验研究,结合试验过程的废气温度、收缩率、烧结速度等技术参数和烧结矿的显微矿相分析结果,研究不同富氧量对烧结矿的成品率、利用系数、转鼓强度、粒度组成等综合性能的影响。结果表明:在富氧7 m3/h的条件下,烧结矿综合指标达到最佳。与基准样相比,所得烧结矿中针状铁酸钙的比例明显增多,且烧结矿成品率、转鼓强度、抗磨指数分别提高了12.03%、0.66 MPa、1.2%;此外,烧结矿中的氧化亚铁含量与基准样相比有所降低,其他化学成分无明显影响。富氧烧结有利于提高烧结矿强度,降低高炉冶炼焦比,对实际生产具有提高冶炼效率的指导意义和降低生产成本的经济意义。
In order to improve the metallurgical properties of sinter, oxygen ore powder oxygen-rich sintering experiment was conducted with different oxygen fluxes (0, 6, 7, 8 m3 / h). Oxygen sintering is beneficial to improve the strength of sinter and reduce the smelting coke ratio of blast furnace, which has the economic significance of improving the smelting efficiency and reducing the production cost in practical production.
