采用慢应变速率试验,辅以扫描电镜、金相观察等分析测试技术,研究了钛合金TC4在甲醇、盐酸-甲醇溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感性。试验结果表明,TC4钛合金在甲醇中具有应力腐蚀敏感性。甲醇中加入盐酸,明显地提高了TC4的应力腐蚀敏感性。TC4钛合金在盐酸-甲醇溶液中的应力腐蚀裂纹源自点蚀孔底部。
The stress corrosion resistance of titanium alloy TC4 in methanol and hydrochloric acid-methanol solution was studied by slow strain rate test, combined with scanning electron microscopy and metallographic observation. The experimental results show that TC4 titanium alloy has stress corrosion sensitivity in methanol. Hydrochloric acid was added to methanol, which obviously enhanced the stress corrosion sensitivity of TC4. TC4 titanium alloy in hydrochloric acid - methanol solution stress corrosion cracking from the bottom of the pitting hole.
