近年来,随着我国经济的不断发展,公路建设也取得了迅速发展。公路工程对人民群众的生命与财产安全有着直接联系,因此,我们就要不断加强公路工程管理,以更好地提高公路工程的质量。而且对于公路施工企业来说,要想在激烈的行业竞争中可以脱颖而出,那么就必须要加强公路工程管理,从而促进企业的可持续发展。基于此,本文就加强公路工程项目管理的重要性做了分析,并提出了加强公路工程管理的措施,以更好地促进公路工程管理的顺利进行。
In recent years, with the continuous development of our economy, highway construction has also made rapid development. Highway engineering is directly related to people’s lives and property safety. Therefore, we must continue to strengthen highway project management so as to better improve the quality of highway projects. And for highway construction enterprises, in order to stand out in the fierce competition in the industry, then we must strengthen highway project management, so as to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on this, this paper analyzes the importance of strengthening highway project management and puts forward measures to strengthen highway project management so as to better promote the smooth progress of highway project management.
