粮食补贴不仅是我国取消农业税后又一大惠农政策,更是促进粮食生产,农业增效、农民增收的有效措施。自2004年粮食补贴政策实施以来,农民的种粮积极性得到激发,粮食产量逐年提高,基层党群、干群关系显著改善。但还存在一些不容忽视的问题,应采取有效措施加以改进和完善。 Food subsidy is not only one of the policies to benefit farmers after the abolition of agricultural tax in our country, but also an effective measure to promote food production, agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income increase. Since the implementation of the grain subsidy policy in 2004, the peasants’ enthusiasm for planting grain has been stimulated, the grain output has been increasing year by year, and the relations between grassroots party members and cadres at the grassroots level have been significantly improved. However, there are still some problems that can not be ignored and effective measures should be taken to improve and perfect them.
