1996年8月15日,省政府以陕政办发(1996)81号文件下发了《关于调整城镇供水、防汛工作业务分工的通知》,正式在全省推广洛川县城乡供水一体化管理的经验。止1997年4月底,全省先后有79个县(区)政府正式发文,作出了将城镇供水、防汛工作业务由城建部门划归水利部门管理的决定,其中65个县(区)已移交完毕并投入正常运营。各地努力结合各自的实际情况,不断完善、不断创新,使我省城镇供水进入一个新的阶段。
