Class teacher in vocational college students management and training plays a crucial role. To identify and analyze the existing problems of vocational college students training in the new era and to clarify the position and role of the teacher in higher vocational college management training can we combine the actual conditions of higher vocational colleges and bring into play the role of the teacher in the management and training of vocational college students.
