本文模拟固体药物在室温下放置的状态,用漫反射分析和差热“三声、法”全面考查了核黄素(VB_2)、烟酰胺与常用片剂辅料之间的相互作用。结果表明,VB_2与硬脂酸镁,烟酰胺与酒石酸、硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁之间有相互作用,与其它所考查的辅料无相互作用或相互作用较弱。本文讨论了漫反射分析和差热分析考查相互作用的特点,两者各具长处,可相互补充,测定结果基本吻合。
This article simulates the state of solid drugs placed at room temperature, with diffuse reflectance analysis and differential heat “triple sound method ” a comprehensive examination of the interaction between riboflavin (VB2), nicotinamide and commonly used tablet excipients. The results showed that there was no interaction or weak interaction between VB_2 and magnesium stearate, nicotinamide and tartaric acid, stearic acid and magnesium stearate. This article discusses the diffuse reflectance analysis and differential thermal analysis examining the characteristics of the interaction between the two have their own strengths, can complement each other, the measured results are basically consistent.
