目的:通过动物实验研究积雪草提取物溶液在兔眼角膜瘢痕治疗中的作用,为积雪草在眼科临床应用提供实验依据。方法:取30只兔(60只眼),用烧灼法制作角膜瘢痕的动物模型,随机分为3组:A组生理盐液对照组(20只眼);B组1%积雪草提取物溶液治疗组(20只眼);C组0.2%透明质酸钠溶液对照组(20只眼)。60天后随机数字表法,分别观察兔眼角膜瘢痕的变化,并结合病理学和光镜结构变化。结果:积雪草提取物溶液组治疗后,角膜瘢痕面积、厚度与透明质酸钠溶液对照组及生理盐液对照组相比较明显减小,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。组织病理学显示积雪草提取物溶液组角膜基质层成纤维母细胞排列较透明质酸钠溶液对照组及生理盐液对照组规则。结论:积雪草提取物溶液能有效抑制胶原形成细胞的增殖及胶原的合成,是一种有效的治疗角膜瘢痕的药物。
Objective: To study the effect of Centella asiatica extract solution in the treatment of corneal scar in rabbits by animal experiments, and to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of Centella asiatica in ophthalmology. METHODS: Thirty rabbits (60 eyes) were selected and the corneal scars were made by cauterization. Animal models were randomly divided into 3 groups: Group A physiological saline control group (20 eyes); Group B 1% Centella asiatica extract Solution-treated group (20 eyes); Group C 0.2% sodium hyaluronate solution control group (20 eyes). A random number table method was used 60 days later to observe changes in corneal scars in rabbit eyes, combined with changes in pathology and light microscopy. RESULTS: After treatment with Centella asiatica extract solution group, the area and thickness of corneal scars were significantly reduced compared with the control group of sodium hyaluronate and the control group of physiological saline, with significant differences (P<0.05). Histopathology showed that the arrangement of fibroblasts in the corneal stromal layer of the Centella asiatica extract solution group was better than that of the sodium hyaluronate solution control group and the physiological saline solution control group. Conclusion: Centella asiatica extract solution can effectively inhibit the proliferation of collagen-producing cells and the synthesis of collagen. It is an effective medicine for the treatment of corneal scars.
