在基础文化教学课程体系改革创新的氛围下,幼儿教学也正走上改革化道路,大部分幼儿教师逐渐意识到合作能力对于幼儿的重要性,也深刻地意识到在幼儿教学阶段加强合作能力训练的重要意义与作用。但是,就当前幼儿园教学质量与教学层次来看,虽然部分教师能意识到贯彻合作教学理念,却在合作能力的具体培养方式上遇到重重困难。下面,笔者就幼儿园教学经验,谈谈如何有效培养幼儿合作能力,让每一位幼儿具备合作素质。
