研究高密度脂蛋白-3(HDL3)氧化修饰对其介导大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞胆固醇(ch)流出功能影响及细胞Ch流出机制。HDL3和其组分载脂蛋白A-I(ApoA-I)经CU2+氧化修饰后分别与巨噬细胞(Mφ)一起培养,测定细胞ch流出量。结果:牛血清白蛋白(对照组)介导3.98%细胞ch流出,HDL3和氧化HDL3(Ox—HDL3)组分别为41.78%和17.43%,ApoA—I和Ox-ApoA一I分别为40%和17.33%。结论:1.HDL氧化修饰后介导细胞ch流出功能显著降低。2.HDL的这一功能是由其ApoA—I组分介导的。
To study the effect of HDL3 oxidative modification on cholesterol efflux in rat peritoneal macrophages and the mechanism of cell Ch efflux. HDL3 and its component apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA-I) were oxidized with CU2 + and cultured with macrophages (Mφ), respectively. Results: Bovine serum albumin (control group) induced a significant increase of ch-efflux in 3.98% of cells, respectively, 41.78% and 17.43% in HDL3 and Ox-HDL3 groups, respectively 40% and 17.33%. Conclusion: 1. HDL oxidative modification of cell ch-efflux function was significantly reduced. 2. This function of HDL is mediated by its ApoA-I component.
