目的:对我院院内制剂龙牡清心合剂治疗儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)中医辨证属于心脾两虚肝旺型的临床有效性进行研究。方法:采用随机、单盲及阳性对照药进行平行对照,选取符合纳入标准的中医辨证属于心脾两虚肝旺证的儿童ADHD 60例。试验组30例,给予龙牡清心合剂;对照组30例,给予小儿智力糖浆治疗。对治疗前、治疗后3周、治疗后6周进行疗效比较。结果:试验组疾病疗效控显率为86.67%;对照组控显率为50%;中医证候疗效试验组控显率为80%;对照组控显率为56.67%。两组疾病疗效有效率及中医证候疗效有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组。结论:在临床疗效方面,龙牡清心合剂疗效优于阳性对照药小儿智力糖浆;龙牡清心合剂改善心脾两虚肝旺型ADHD中医主症疗效优于小儿智力糖浆,为治疗儿童ADHD的有效药物。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical efficacy of Longmu Qingxin Mixture in our hospital for the treatment of children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: Randomized, single-blind and positive control drugs were used for parallel control. Sixty children with ADHD who belonged to the syndrome of both spleen and spleen were included in the study. 30 cases in the experimental group were given Longmu Qingxin Mixture; 30 cases in the control group were treated with infantile mental syrup. Before treatment, 3 weeks after treatment, 6 weeks after treatment for efficacy comparison. Results: The effective rate of the disease in the experimental group was 86.67%, that of the control group was 50%, that of the control group was 80%, and that of the control group was 56.67%. Efficacy of the two groups of disease efficacy and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were statistically significant differences (P <0.05), the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Longmuqingxin Mixture is superior to the positive control drug Pediatric Intelligence Syrup in clinical curative effect. Longmuqingxin Mixture is effective in treating ADHD in children with ADHD drug.
