毕节地区文化局子一九七九年五月十五日至十九日,召开了电影幻灯宣传调演会。参加这次调演的人员有各县电影管理站的宣传干部和电影院、队的专职和兼职宣传员共34人。参加调演的节目共17个。其表演形式有:幻灯、快板、说唱、朗诵等等。就题材而言,有表彰本地区自卫反击战中的战斗英雄及坚决走社会主义道路的好人好事的;有报导农业、工业的科研成果的;还有宣传影片内容的映前介绍和映中解说的。这些节目,题材丰富,形式多样,能及时配合当前中心工作。在正式表演之前,会议评选小组认真拟定了评选优秀节目的四项评比条件:(一)台本创作方面,要求:题材新颖,反映及时,主题鲜明,结构严谨,文字简练,语言生动;(二)灯片制作方面,要求:充分表达主题,形象典型生动,画面清晰明朗,色彩鲜艳协调;(三)配音解说方面,要求:配音准确,吐字清楚,音响合适,情感动人;
