以手机移动终端形成的信息传播载体,是继PC互联网之后又一新兴媒体形式。由于其具有广泛受众基础,传播范围广、手法便捷、影响力大,已成为具有重要影响力的媒体之一。按照各类媒体出现的先后顺序来划分,报纸刊物为第一媒体,广播为第二媒体,电视为第三媒体,互联网为第四媒体,移动网络则是“第五媒体”。认真研究新兴媒体对群体性事件的影响,对于武警部队正确应对和予以稳妥处置具有重要的现实意义。
The information dissemination carrier formed by the mobile terminal of the mobile phone is another new media form after the PC Internet.
