蜂毒(Bee Venom)是一种组成成份复杂、药理作用广泛的生物制品。全蜂毒及其主要组分——蜂毒明肽(Apamin)和蜂毒肽(Melittin)具有明显的亲神经特性。国产蜂毒可增强乌拉坦和水合氯醛对小白鼠的催眠作用,亦可增强阈下剂量异戊巴比妥的作用。蜂毒对外周及中枢神经系统电活动有明显的影响。临床报导,国产蜂毒对三叉神经痛有良好疗效。本文对国产蜂毒的镇痛作用,进行了初步研究,报告如下:
Bee Venom is a biological product with a complex composition and a wide range of pharmacological effects. Whole bee venom and its main components, Apamin and Melittin, have obvious neurotrophic properties. Domestic bee venom can enhance the hypnotic effect of urethane and chloral hydrate on mice, and can also increase the effect of the subthreshold dose of pentobarbital. Bee venom has a significant impact on peripheral and central nervous system electrical activity. According to clinical reports, domestic bee venom has a good effect on trigeminal neuralgia.
