阴痒是妇科常见证之一。《医宗金鉴·妇科心法要诀》曰:“妇人阴痒,多因湿热生虫,甚则肢体倦怠,小便淋漓,宜服逍遥散,龙胆泻肝汤……。”笔者运用内服与外治相结合治疗,获得一定疗效,兹举案例如下: 例 1:李××,女,46岁,农民。1979年4月22日初诊。得恙八年。初以外阴痒甚,渐延及肛门周围,灼热疼痛,带下量多,黄稠而臭秽。
