(八依君烹校,国家职业技能鉴定所,连续十次被评为先进办学单位)八依君烹校(原八一军烹校),四川省劳动厅批准建立的中式烹调师培训基地,同时批准建立《国家职业技能鉴定所》,是西南地区最大的川菜培训基地。学员遍布全国,享誉世界,有来自以色列、日本、韩国等国家的学员,还有我国的台湾省学员,1999年在众多同类学校招生不景气的情况下,我校仍保持生源旺盛,稳中有增,全年招生3177人,其中部队战士487人,机关单位和下岗工人976人,高考落榜生220人,城镇待业青年503人,来自农村的青年985人,外国学员15人,
