水硬性混凝土支承层是无砟轨道结构中连接基层和承载层的重要部分。根据施工现场调查结果,从平整度指标、顶面高程、抗压强度、抗折强度、密实度、收缩率等方面对支承层滑模施工的质量进行分析。结果表明:支承层滑模施工质量总体上要高于支模施工;同时,滑模施工的施工质量存在较大提升空间,可以通过规范支承层滑模施工配套技术和施工过程的质量控制,铺筑高水平的无砟轨道支承层。
Hydraulic concrete supporting layer is the ballast track structure connecting the base and bearing an important part. According to the survey results of construction site, the quality of sliding mode construction of support layer is analyzed from the aspects of flatness index, top elevation, compressive strength, flexural strength, compactness and shrinkage. The results show that the construction quality of the sliding mode of the support layer is generally higher than that of the branch mode construction.
