组织变革时,往往领导比管理(主要是人力资源管理)更为重要。因为变革不是管理出来的,而是领导出来的。所以领导是广告公司进行有效人力资源管理需要考虑的首要问题。
When organizing change, leadership is often more important than management (mainly human resource management). Because change is not governed, it is led out. So leadership is the primary issue to be considered by an advertising company for effective human resource management.
