本文用大白鼠肝癌细胞株FSK7901、FSK7902体外培养2年多的材料,进行超微结构的研究。细胞的大小不等,散在分布或上皮样排列呈细胞单层。单个散在细胞的外周,有伪足样突起或微绒毛。在细胞单层内,细胞毗邻不紧密处,相邻细胞有短而少的微绒毛;在细胞毗邻紧密处,相邻细胞膜呈波浪型、平直型或杵指镶嵌型。观察到粘合带和粘合斑。细胞核畸形,核仁畸形,体积大、数量多,核仁丝的排列紊乱。细胞质内的RER与线粒体较少,游离核糖体丰富。线粒体与线粒体嵴畸形,体积较小。高尔基氏体多,成群分布于细胞核旁。没有观察到典型RER环层小体和SER环层小体。环孔板易见。观察到PRER结构。核旁嗜酸性区域的超微结构是成群的高尔基氏体或高尔基氏体与线粒体形成。
In this paper, rat liver cancer cell lines FSK7901, FSK7902 cultured in vitro for more than 2 years, the ultrastructure of the study. Cells of different sizes, scattered or epithelial-like arrangement of cell monolayer. On the periphery of a single scattered cell, there are pseudopodia-like processes or microvilli. In the cell monolayer, the cells adjacent to the less close, adjacent cells have short and small microvilli; adjacent to the cells in close proximity, the adjacent cell membrane was wavy, flat or clubbed mosaic. Adhesive tapes and adhesive spots were observed. Nucleus deformity, nucleolus deformity, bulky, the number of large, disordered alignment of nucleolus. Cytoplasmic RER and less mitochondria, free ribosome abundance. Mitochondria and mitochondrial ridge deformity, smaller. Gorky’s body more, in groups around the nucleus. No typical RER annulus and SER annulus were observed. Ring orifice easy to see. PRER structure was observed. The eosinophilic region of the nucleus is organized in groups of Golgi apparatus or Golgi apparatus and mitochondria.
