单疱病毒性角膜炎是眼科常见病,虽治疗方法较多,但都不理想,病程迁延,且易复发。我院从1983a始,试用紫丁香叶滴眼液进行治疗,经临床观察,取得较好效果,现介绍如下。1 紫丁香滴眼液的处方与制备1.1 处方紫丁香叶30g,NaCl 0.8g, 吐温80适量。注射用水加至100ml。1.2 制法取新鲜紫丁香叶,常水洗净后再以蒸馏水清洗,加新蒸馏水煎煮,沸后30min,纱布过滤。滤渣同法再煎一次,合并滤液,浓缩呈流浸膏状。加4倍量乙
