The implementation of the government procurement system is an important part of establishing a public financial framework that is compatible with the socialist market economic system. It is an important link in the reform of fiscal expenditure management and a fundamental solution to prevent corruption at the source. This is both evidenced by the practice and effectiveness of the government procurement work carried out in the past few years in our country.
