芫花酯甲膜(商品名:芫花萜膜)置入宫腔用于终止早、中期妊娠和催经止孕临床效果肯定。但经此途径用药的体内吸收、分布和排泄过程,尚未见明确报道,我们用~3H-芫花酯甲膜在孕兔体内进行了吸收、分布和排泄的实验观察。
Yuanhua ester membrane (trade name: Yuanhua terpene membrane) into the uterine cavity for the termination of early pregnancy, mid-term pregnancy and cesarean section effect of clinical confirmation. However, the absorption, distribution and excretion process in vivo by this route have not been clearly reported. We observed the absorption, distribution and excretion of ~ 3H-yuanhuacin in pregnant rabbits.
