创新人才是指具有创新意识与创新思维、能力的人才,而其核心在于创新思维。在创新人才的培养中,创新意识具有非常重要的意义,是实现创造发明的前提与动力,而创新思维则是创新意识与创新能力的基础。目前学校教育在教育观念、教学目标、教育内容与方法、形式上都存在一定的不足,学生主体地位并不突出,忽视了对学生创造潜力的培养。面对这些情况,笔者针对初中数学课堂教学中学生创新思维培养的主要影响因素进行了分析,
